Who we are

An insurance provider built for the long run.

My Info Group is an established provider of Auto, Life and Health insurance. We work with adults who would rather understand their coverage than rely on generic promises, and we give every policy the same care: clear explanations, careful review and service that continues long after the paperwork is signed.

Our mission

Coverage you understand

Every client should know what their policy addresses, and why it was chosen.

What we believe

Clarity before choice

Limits, deductibles, exclusions and conditions are explained before you commit, not after.

How we stay involved

Continuity, not a one-off

We remain available for questions and reviews as your household, vehicles, finances and healthcare evolve.

What we offer

Three lines of coverage. One careful approach.

We offer Auto, Life and Health insurance, and every policy starts with the same question: what do you actually want your coverage to handle? Open any line to see what it can include.

Auto

01 · Auto insurance

If something happens on the road, which costs are you expecting your policy to address?

An Auto policy is usually made of several separate coverages. Some address what you may owe other people. Others address your own vehicle or the medical costs of people in it.

Liability
May help pay for injuries to other people or damage to their property when you are found responsible for an accident, up to the limits you select.
Collision
May help pay to repair or replace your own vehicle after a collision, typically after you pay a deductible.
Comprehensive
May help with damage to your vehicle from events other than a collision, such as theft, hail, fire or striking an animal, depending on the policy.
Medical-related protection
Depending on the state and policy, this may include medical payments coverage or personal injury protection for you and your passengers.
Other selected coverage
Options such as uninsured or underinsured motorist coverage, rental reimbursement or roadside assistance may be available.

Availability and protection depend on the policy, the coverage you select, your limits and applicable terms.

Life

02 · Life insurance

Who would have financial responsibilities to handle without your contribution?

Life insurance is generally designed to pay a benefit to the people you name, so that obligations you help cover today can still be met. The useful starting point is not your age. It is the list of people and commitments that rely on you.

Dependents
People who rely on your income or care: a spouse or partner, children, or a parent you help support.
Household income
How much of the household's regular expenses depend on your earnings, and for how many years.
Mortgage and debt
Remaining balances that someone else would become responsible for, or that would need to be paid from the household's resources.
Education costs
Tuition or training you intend to help pay for, for children or grandchildren.
Continuing obligations
Final expenses, outstanding bills and any other commitments that would continue after a death.

Different types of Life insurance, such as term and permanent coverage, work differently. Benefits are paid subject to policy terms and limits.

Health

03 · Health insurance

How would you want routine and unexpected healthcare costs structured?

Health plans divide costs between you and the plan in different ways. Some ask more each month and less at the time of care. Others work the opposite way. Knowing a few terms makes plans much easier to compare.

Premium
The amount you pay regularly to keep the plan active, whether or not you use care.
Deductible
The amount you may pay for covered services before the plan begins sharing costs. Some services may be covered before the deductible, depending on the plan.
Copays and coinsurance
A copay is a set amount for a service, such as a doctor visit. Coinsurance is a percentage of the cost you pay, usually after the deductible.
Provider network
The doctors, hospitals and pharmacies the plan works with. Care outside the network may cost more or may not be covered.
Prescription coverage
Which medications the plan covers and how they are priced, often grouped into tiers.
Out-of-pocket costs
What you pay yourself for covered care. Many plans set an annual out-of-pocket maximum, subject to plan terms.

Benefits, networks and drug lists vary by plan and can change between plan years.

03

People others rely on

Adults with a mortgage, dependents or aging parents who want Life coverage sized to real obligations.

04

Adults reviewing healthcare

If you would rather understand your coverage than guess at it, you are exactly who we built My Info Group for.

Talk With Us

Our approach

Four steps. No generic promises.

Whether you are starting a new policy or questioning an old one, we follow the same careful process. It is how we make sure your coverage makes sense on day one, and years later.

01

Understand your situation

We start with your life, not a product. Who is in the household, which vehicles you drive and how, who relies on your income, and how you expect to use healthcare. Those facts decide what your coverage needs to handle.

What you can expect

  • A conversation about your household, vehicles, finances and healthcare
  • No need to know the right terms before you reach out

02

Review the relevant details

We look at the details that decide how a policy actually works: limits, deductibles, exclusions and coverage conditions. If you already hold a policy, we compare it against today's facts rather than the ones that were true when it began.

What you can expect

  • A careful look past the policy name and headline benefits
  • Clear notes on where existing coverage may no longer fit

03

Explain, then establish

Before anything is finalized, we explain the coverage in plain language: what it addresses, where it stops and what it asks of you. Only then do we establish an appropriate Auto, Life or Health policy.

What you can expect

  • Straight answers to your questions, without pressure
  • A policy you can explain in your own words

04

Stay available

A policy is written around the facts of one moment. When drivers, vehicles, financial responsibilities or healthcare needs change, we remain available for questions and reviews, so your coverage keeps up with your life.

What you can expect

  • Continued access to experienced service after the policy begins
  • Reviews when your household, vehicle, finances or healthcare change

Ongoing reviews

We review your coverage when the facts change.

Our clients don't only hear from us at sign-up. When a household gains a driver, a home or new responsibilities, we help check whether the policy still fits. Move the divider toward Current to see the questions we would review together.
